These are my favorite songs, that I use every week or so. When introducing a new song, give the moms a few weeks to learn it before you decide it it's going to be a hit. For more songs, check under the themed storyhour.

To Mulberry Bush
This is also good for teaching signs: milk, drinking, and juice. I use
the props of a plastic cup painted white, an abandoned sippy cup, and 
a plastic cup filled with colored rubber worms!
